MARK SPAIN REALTY
GEORGIA BASED | 75 EMPLOYEES
Mark Spain Realty is the fastest growing residential real estate broker in the southeast. They are known for their highly efficient listing and selling process. If your home does not sell in the agreed upon time, he will purchase the home. We helped Mark furnish what would become the corporate offices in Alpharetta. It was a fun project as Mark and John wanted to brand the offices and create a very ambitious seating arrangement using no panel style workstations. Mark and John loved the Compel Z desk system we presented with red cushion top pedestals. By reducing the seat square feet plan by 1 square foot per seat, it allowed us to increase the density and staff numbers, increasing productivity and revenue for the brokerage. Mark is expanding at an accelerated rate throughout the southeast as we are space planning and designing new spaces each quarter.

FISERV, INC
NORCROSS, GA | 2000 EMPLOYEES
One of our largest projects with 6 buildings and thousands of offices and business asset tasks to manage including the removal of 1500 workstations, 350 offices, 20 conference centers, a 33-room hotel/hospitality center/kitchen and cafeteria area, a gymnasium, a weight room, bowling alley and recreation room. Impressed with the early results of selling all the workstations, desks and conference furniture, Fiserv asked us to manage the infrastructure asset removal process. This included the removal, recycling and reselling of generators, CRac units, Liebert batteries, technology flooring, voice and data cabling throughout the campus. This resulted in a revenue windfall for Fiserv, reducing the decommission cost by as much as 40%.
The decommission of 6 buildings, 16 floors and thousands of business assets should have cost the client close to $500,000. In the end, BT360 completed the decommission and asset recycling and repurposing process for just under $200,000. In the process, Fiserv received a donation receipt from Must Ministries and Habitat for bedroom furniture donations and kitchen asset donations in the amount of $70,000. The donations helped 50 women and children escaping abusive situations move into new housing.

LIGHTBEND, INC
ATLANTA, GA | 20 EMPLOYEES
Lightbend is a very unique SaaS company recruiting some of the same technical engineers, programmers and software experts most in Atlanta look for. With a range of Millennials and Generation X employees, our client wanted a very specific look to appeal to that employee base. We were asked to add to their existing HON/Allsteel solution to avoid the expense of replacing them. The longterm plan was to fully migrate to AIS products for the standard configuration. BT360 matched the existing furniture system which saved Lightbend $1000 per seat on the new open-look six foot by six foot stations.

VERITIV
ALPHARETTA / NORCROSS GA | 350 EMPLOYEES
While decommissioning an office building across the street for Cushman Wakefield and Jacobs Engineering, we knocked on Veritiv’s door one day to see if they had any furniture project needs. Our timing was perfect. The 100,000-square foot Veritiv distribution center had a long-term lease with no desire to relocate. Fast Forward 16 months, and BT360 was awarded a two-floor, 320 employee renovation and restack.
We worked with Facilities Manager Lyn Holmes to reduce per seat space from eight by eight and six by eight to six by six feet. Additionally, Veritiv needed to coordinate conference room build outs, installing glass in the interior walls of the offices to create more residual light for the new Hyer low profile stations purchased from BT360. These are the same stations we installed at Mitsubishi, Food Buy and IST.
The four areas within the operating building were Finance, Marketing and Sales, Logistics and Technology. The schedule for decommission, moving, cable installation upgrades, and 50 to 60 stations being installed every other weekend for four months was both demanding and extremely precise. We continue to serve Veritiv in Norcross and other locations as they were so pleased to have saved 30% on the overall project. The employees welcomed the new workspace comfort and were thrilled with the unique design, seating and open air environment which was complimented by the light coming through the 65 newly installed windows.

SPP PUMPS AND SYNCROFLO
NORCROSS, GA | 100 EMPLOYEES
President, John Kahren and Chris Dilday, operations manager, needed a single source solution to assist them with a move from one location in Norcross to a new building for their industrial pump manufacturing operation. John is very diligent with his spending and challenged BT360 to come up with creative solutions for new and reconditioned furniture looks. BT360 resources 40 used workstations, reconditioned them and space planned for the new corporate offices. John secured stations at a cost of $1500 per unit, when stations new were costing $3500, similar to the look he wanted. With a new and used blended furniture look, he was ecstatic as we continue to work with him 4 years later. BT360 was contracted for the move, decommission of old space and installing and wiring all the new and reconditioned furniture.

THE FISH RADIO
BUCKHEAD GA | 75 EMPLOYEES
As a business partner with the Fish and avid follower of the stations ministry and music, when asked about what it would cost to renovate their 20-year-old offices in Buckhead to avoid a substantial rent increase, we were both honored and challenged with the prospect of the project. Twelve months later a complete budget, design and space plan was completed by the BT360 design and planning teams. The ability to keep the radio station online and productive during a rigorous 5-day rehab project (carpet, paint, low voltage cable upgrades, new cubicles and seating) made the list of improvements. Mike Moran and Phyllis Bennett were ecstatic and are pressing forward with a complete renovation of the studios and remaining offices by BT360 and AIS Solutions! Project completion June 2017.

FOODBUY INC.
ALPHARETTA, GA | 100 EMPLOYEES
Foodbuy was relocating and in need of furniture for 100 employees in the Alpharetta area. Their current location required complete decommission of the office including the voice and data cabling, speakers, projector screens, furniture and appliances. In the new offices, we were asked to space plan for 100 workstations, offices, and a lounge area. We were also contracted to refinish the cafeteria and equip the conference rooms with voice and data capability, backing board for new monitors and relocate the office contents, computers and common area filing systems. The project required 14 weeks of planning and was subject to many changes and variables in order to keep on schedule and within budget.
